A block of rooms has been reserved for participants in the hands-on LightWave 3D workshops at $129 per night + tax. We have tried to find reasonably priced, clean accommodations but you are not required to stay at the hotel where the training is conducted. There are many hotels in the Meadowlands area within walking distance of the Holiday Inn. Many restaurants are also within walking distance. Call (201) 348-2000 prior to March 26, 1999 for reservations and request the "LightWave 3D" special rate. After March 26, 1999, this block of rooms will be opened to the public so please call in your reservation early. The special rate will still apply after this date but only on a space-available basis. The hotel offers free parking but only on a first come-first serve basis.
Mass Transportation:
Plaza at the Meadows has regular bus service via NJ Transit Bus 320 from NY Port Authority Bus Terminal. Busses depart from platform #71. Bus 320 also has a stop in front of the convention Center to go to the NY Port Authority.
Planning to drive to New York/New Jersey for these workshops? Try "Driving Directions" from MapQuest for directions. If you will be flying in to Newark, LaGuardia, or JFK airports, you might find "Travel Reservations" and "3 Best Itineraries" from Travelocity helpful in arranging your flight. Newark is the closest airport to the LightWave 3D classes.
Class size is limited and each participant will be at his/her own PC for a true hands-on learning experience. Please register no later than April 19, 1999 for any of the New York/New Jersey classes.
